Stormwater Management Plan

Specialize in Stormwater Management techniques to obtain approval for projects within the lower mainland. Our extensive experience helps obtain fast approvals as we know the specific standards and bylaws for each municipality. We work with the client to achieve cost effective and feasible designs which are proven to save costs during construction. 

Erosion and Sediment Control Plans

We provide Erosion and Sediment Control Plans for all types of developments to include single family, subdivisions, and commercial/industrial. We work with the developer to ensure the site is within compliance to reduce the frequency of inspections. As the ESC supervisors, we can provide guidance when working towards the removal of ESC treatment systems by testing runoff for Ph and Turbidity and communicating with the city.

Traffic Management Plans

We prepare Traffic Management Plans when roads and pedestrian sidewalks are impacted during construction. We work with the developers unique needs to ensure that a plan is prepared where construction can proceed smoothly and effectively. We design plans which coordinate construction signage, traffic persons, and temporary construction parking. 

Sump Pump Design

We take pride in our Stormwater Management Plans and know the requirements for each municipality. We utilitize many stormwater techniques to obtain basements for our clients. Sometimes a Sump Pump designs is utilized for a basement when it is below the Storm Service connection. In these cases, we provide a feasible design by calculating the amount of water which will require pumping due to rain and runoff. We can specify and economical pump, control panel, and alarms to ensure your basement does not flood. 

Exterior Building Maintenance Solutions

We also provide engineering solutions to exterior building maintenance which relates to fall protection. Services include the following:

• Engineering design and certification of exterior building maintenance solutions for new construction and retrofit of residential, commercial, institutional, and industrial buildings
• Detailed design for anchors, davits, horizontal lifelines, vertical lifelines, and monorails relating to fall protection
